Shooting victim was with suspects
 
Flanked by the Walworth County Crime Scene Unit and a truck towing the victim’s car for evidence, Walworth County Sheriff David Graves communicates with other law enforcement officials who secured a perimeter in the towns of Walworth and Delavan during a manhunt for a suspected shooter Aug. 5.
Police were still searching Monday for a gun used in a Town of Walworth shooting last week and expect to present felony charges against two suspects in the crime to the District Attorney's office this week.

Benefit for injured township man this Saturday at the Boar's Nest

Shooting victim was with suspects
The victim of a shooting Thursday in the Town of Walworth was with the two men arrested for the crime, according to police.

The Walworth County Sheriff's Department is not releasing the name, age or residence of the victim for "a number of reasons" including his safety, Sheriff David Graves said Friday.

Delavan City Council conditionally approves reimbursing Lake Lawn
The Delavan Common Council approved July 13 reimbursing Delavan Resort Holdings, owners of Lake Lawn Resort, $13,265 plus administrative fees and interest under one condition - Lake Lawn must agree not to seek any further reimbursement.
